Our biggest struggle with sharing the Gospel and making disciples is our lack of audience. We have no audience because we've been in the game for too long and demonstrated too little life change. Be encouraged and keep moving forward.
Getting to where you want to be begins with knowing where you are right now. Honesty to admit where you are and the courage to do something about it is tough, but it can happen. God desires that we continue to grow spiritually. Are you growing?
People need to see something different in you before they will ever want to know why something is different in you. Live consistently, serve freely and speak boldly...and usually in that order. Help those you love to break free from the grave.
While our loved ones are upright, smiling and walking the halls of our schools and workplaces, they are being buried alive in hopelessness and confusion. We throw extra shovelfuls of dirt on their graves as we banter with small talk while avoiding truth of the Gospel. Speak up, speak out, help bring life.
Being joyful in the midst of life's difficulties can be tough. What if we realized that having joy wasn't about rearranging our circumstances but rather realigning our thinking. Be encouraged and keep moving forward.
